This happy and loveable urban hound is as clumsy and awkward as a dog could get. Between his ears and his paws, this dog flops about town in the most non-discrete manner.

Having washed out of the city police academy for his inability to sneak up on bad guys, this canine can be heard a mile away with each paw pounding the pavement. On rainy days, puddles and mud are his specialty, spraying himself and anyone nearby in a muddy mix of fun and laughter.
