Acting as Vice Mayor to Mayor Telly, Stuffy Stan is full of himself. Frequently taking credit where credit is not due, he has distinguished himself as an arrogant and pompous city official. His only notable accomplishment is his daughter Aspen, who is loved by all that know her.
